 特點與功效:

 

〝元極養生系列運動〞之〝元極舞功夫扇〞《五運亨通》，是繼《八福獻瑞》之後的又一部元極器械類作品。其意境是承接《八福獻瑞》而來；南極老翁帶領八種靈物，來朝賀人間之後，給人間帶來更多祥和安寧，浩然正氣，運化人間更加的風調雨順，四時有序，人壽年豐，天地清平；所以，天、地、人及其萬物恢復了其應有的自然天性和天然秩序，各守其則，各行其道，相安無事，天下太平；此時，天按其〝春〞、〝夏〞、〝秋〞、〝冬〞及〝長夏〞等〝五季〞而運行；地按其〝東〞、〝西〞、〝南〞、〝北〞及〝中央〞等〝五方〞而運轉；人及萬物則按照〝生〞、〝長〞、〝化〞、〝收〞、〝藏〞等〝五運〞而運化，天地同參，人天相和，宇宙間五運亨通，人天同樂！

本部作品結合古代傳統文化中佛、道、儒、醫、武等各家學說之共同理念，而依照人天共通之〝五象〞──朱雀〔火〕、玄武〔水〕、青龍〔木〕、白虎〔金〕及金鳳〔土〕按其〝五行〞之歸屬，運用〝五行相生──木生火、火生土、土生金、金生水、水生木〞的機理創編，習練者在長期鍛煉當中自然進入一種〝生生不息〞的良性迴圈，從而使人的〝五臟〞地的〝五方〞天的〝五季〞合於天地人共同的〝五行〞、〝五象〞和〝五運〞，體現〝文以載道，武以演道〞的文武真意，〝明其理，練其法〞而達到〝不求治病而自愈，不求延年壽自長，不求益智慧自通，不求強身體自健〞的奇特功效。

橫出娑婆 (Heng Chu Shuo Puo)        Transcending the world；
鳳舞瑤池 (Fong Wu Yao Chi)          Phoenix dancing at the heavenly pond；
丹鳳朝陽 (Dan Fong Tsao Yang)      Phoenix worshiping the sun；
百鳥朝鳳 (Bai Niao Tsao Fong)       All birds saluting the phoenix；
君臨天下 (Juen Lin Tian Hsia)        Emperor ruling the kingdom；
榮歸家園 (Rong Guei Jia Yuan)       The glory return。

虎嘯山林 (Hu Hsiao Shan Lin)        Tiger roaring in the mountain；
威虎降魔 (Wei Hu Hsiang Muo)      Mighty tiger conquering the devil；
飛虎雄威 (Fei Hu Hsuong Wei)       Tiger leaping forward with powerful force；

靈蛇出洞 (Ling Sheh Chu Dong)        Devine snake wiggling out of the cave；

蛇王巡山 (Sheh Wong Hsuen Shan) King snake surveying its territory；
銀蛇繞龜 (Yin Sheh Rzao Gwei)     Silver snake coiling around the turtle；
龜蛇守關 (Gwei Sheh Shou Guan)   Turtle and snake guarding the gate；
翻江倒海 (Fan Jiang Dao Hai)        The river and ocean churning；
回頭是岸 (Hwei Ton Shi An)          Looking backward；
海底神針 (Hai Di Shen Jen)           Fairy needle at the bottom of the sea；
勇往直前 (Yuong Wong Jhi Chian)  Going forward bravely；
玉蟒翻身 (Yu Mong Fan Shen)        Python rolling over；
陰平陽秘 (Yin Ping Yang Mi)         Yin and Yan in harmony；
體合太虛 (Ti Heh Tai Hsu)            Embracing the universe 。
